FAQ
How’s parking for this event?
There is parking available at the event location on a first-come, first-serve basis. Renters and those with weekend lodging will take precedence, and the remaining spots will go quickly, so arrive early. Shuttles will run from the Red Banks office and campsite (109 Burrell Farm Rd – off Temple Hill Rd as you leave Jackson Love Hwy) every 30 minutes from the start of the festival until the last shuttles leave the River at 11:45 p.m. each night.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
There will be alcohol and food available at the event at the Take Out Bar & Grill. Outside alcohol is prohibited, unless you are a lodger or camper, and coolers must remain at your campsite.
Are there campsites available?
There are a few cabins still available at the site, and plenty of overflow campsites available at the Red Banks location for $10 per person.
Can I bring my dog?
Of course! We are hoping for a family-friendly event to celebrate with ALL of your family members. We called it Dog Days because it occurs in the Dog Days of summer, but also because we wanted to raise some money and awareness for our local shelters.
Is there a dog wash available at the event?
There will be a dog wash and other services/goods for sale at the event to raise money for the Unicoi County Animal Shelter and the Appalachian Highlands Humane Society.
Can I get a refund on my ticket if it rains?
Unfortunately there are no refunds or exchanges for tickets on this event, and all sales are final.
