Policies

Set up will start after 11:00 am on the day the fest begins.
Exhibitors are responsible for covering all boxes and carts with black fabric to display a clean look.
No exhibitor shall use a microphone or voice amplification device from their booth.
All exhibitors must send in a picture of their booth space to jbentley@sixriversmedia.com with the application.
All applications must include full payment ($200) to be considered for space and placement.
Payment is not processed until the acceptance of your application have been approved.
Exhibitors should man their booths the entire time. If loss of product occurs Six Rivers Media is not responsible for items.
You are responsible for your own internet if needed to make sales. This is an outdoor space which makes it difficult to provide on premise.
Six Rivers Media will provide a 10x10 space on premise during Dog Days Riverfest for you to promote / sell your service/ product.
You are responsible for cleaning up your area after you are done exhibiting.
